BBQ Chicken Wrap

  • 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1-2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 1 tablespoon low fat cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup romaine lettuce


  1. Place the chicken in a bowl and add BBQ sauce.
  2. Add the chicken and all other ingredients to the tortilla and wrap it up!
  3. These are great to make for lunch for the whole week! Just repeat with however many you want and store in the fridge for up to 3 days — but don’t add the sauce until you’re ready to eat!
