Oven Mitt Easy Oven Mitt Medium Oven Mitt Hard

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup skim or low fat milk
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Combine oats, milk, yogurt, honey and salt in an airtight container and seal.
2. Refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
3. Remove container from the fridge and stir.
4. Stir in any desired flavors or toppings.
5. Enjoy cold.
