Watermelon Popsicle

Ingredients

  • 1/2 whole watermelon
  • 6-8 popsicle or craft sticks

Instructions

  1. Slice watermelon into desired shape. Make sure it’s not too thin so the craft sticks will hold up the popsicle. You can also use cookie cutters or a knife to cut the watermelon into fun shapes like stars!
  2. Insert craft sticks into cut watermelon and place on wax paper or non-stick plate or pan.
  3. Place in freezer.
  4. Serve frozen!
