Try this simple yoga pose to work all of your muscles. You’ll be over the moon when you move for 30 minutes every day. Just step one leg forward and keep your back leg straight and strong (but not locked). Reach your arms above your head with your palms facing inward, then lift your chest and continue reaching toward the ceiling. Hold for several breaths, then repeat on the other side.
Adults need 30 minutes of physical activity every day. Kids need 60.
