Between work, kids and maintaining a home, making it to the gym can seem impossible — but stressful seasons are when you need physical activity the most!
If you’re looking for new ways to spice up your workout routine or kick off a healthy journey, this five-day workout plan is for you. Grab your water bottle and let’s get moving!
Day 1: Shimmy & Shake With Skye!
Put on your dancing shoes and get ready to sweat with this fun, funky workout with Skye. As you groove to the music, her salsa-inspired dance moves will increase your heart rate and get your blood pumping. So come on!
Day 2: Balance & Breathe With Jasmine!
Yesterday was all about cardio. Today is all about balance! We’re taking this workout to the kitchen, where Jasmine will teach you some classic barre moves you can do at home. Don’t let the name scare you — barre is simply a series of mini moves that are totally beginner-friendly. Grab a hand towel for resistance, and don’t forget to breathe!
Day 3: Cardio & Conditioning With Pistol Pete
Today, we’re joining Pistol Pete and his team of helpers for a soccer-inspired workout in the gym. You’ll need to wear tennis shoes to seamlessly switch from cardio to conditioning. This full-body workout will leave you energized and ready to conquer the rest of your day!
Day 4: Stretch & Strengthen With Addie!
Take off the tennis shoes and get ready for a 15-minute flow as Addie walks you through some yoga poses to help refresh your muscles. If finding your balance is tricky at first, have no fear! She’ll provide plenty of modifications for each pose, so make sure to listen to your body and give it your best effort.
Day 5: Push-Up & Plank With Boomer!
And just like that, we’re right back in the gym — this time, with Boomer! He and his friends will walk you through a few workouts inspired by the OU baseball team. Boomer isn’t holding back any swings, so you might feel it after this one!
