Servings: 6 scoops

Ingredients

  • 6 frozen bananas (sliced)

Instructions

  • Cut the bananas into 3 or 4 pieces.
  • Put them in an airtight container and freeze overnight.
  • Blend the bananas until you have a creamy banana ice cream.
  • When it’s ready, eat immediately. If preferred, transfer it to an airtight container and freeze for at least 1 hour or until solid.
  • Let stand at room temperature for at least 10 minutes or until it has the perfect consistency.
  • Serve with nuts or berries.

Notes

Optional toppings: Chopped walnuts or pecans, mixed berries
