Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine your amaranth and water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and allow to simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently.
Once you’ve reached your desired consistency, stir in your milk, preferred sweetener and salt. Stir vigorously until your porridge is creamy.
