Ingredients

  • 2 organic apples
  • 2 cinnamon sticks (food grade)
  • Water
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Cut the apples into large chunks. Be sure you leave the skin on.
  2. Fill a Mason jar with chunks of apple, add 1 cinnamon stick and fill with water.
  3. Let it sit for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  4. Serve over ice or drink as is.
