BBQ Chicken Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1-2 Tbsp. BBQ sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 1 Tbsp. low fat cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup romaine lettuce

Instructions

  • Place the chicken in a bowl and add BBQ sauce.
  • Add the chicken and all other ingredients to the tortilla and wrap it up!

Notes

These are great to make for lunch for the whole week! Just repeat with however many you want and store in the fridge for up to 3 days — but don’t add the sauce until you’re ready to eat!
