Blackberry Lemon Popsicles

Equipment

  • Popsicle mold
  • Popsicle sticks

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups mixed berry Greek yogurt
  • 2 1/2 cups blackberries
  • 2 1/2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2/3 cup lemon juice
  • Popsicle molds
  • Popsicle sticks

Instructions

  • In a medium-sized bowl, stir together lemon juice and vanilla yogurt. Set aside.
  • Blend blackberries and mixed berry yogurt. Set aside.
  • Layer popsicles into mold in this order: 1 Tbsp. lemon, 1 Tbsp. blackberry. Repeat. Swirl layers if desired.
  • Gently tap molds on the counter to remove air bubbles. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze overnight. Enjoy!
