Chicken Caesar Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce
  • 3/4 cup low fat Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 Tbsp. low fat Caesar dressing

Instructions

  • Combine rotisserie chicken, garlic powder and Caesar dressing in a small bowl.
  • In a large bowl, cut romaine lettuce into bite-size pieces. Add Parmesan cheese and prepared chicken. Toss.
  • Now, place a handful of the salad mixture into the tortilla and wrap it up!

Notes

These are great to make for lunch for the whole week! Just repeat with however many you want and store in the fridge for up to 3 days — but don’t add the dressing until you’re ready to eat!
