Chicken Caesar Wrap

  • 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce
  • 3/4 cup low fat Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons low fat Caesar dressing


  1. Combine rotisserie chicken, garlic powder and Caesar dressing in a small bowl.
  2. In a large bowl, cut romaine lettuce into bite-size pieces. Add Parmesan cheese and prepared chicken. Toss.
  3. Now, place a handful of the salad mixture into the tortilla and wrap it up!
  4. These are great to make for lunch for the whole week! Just repeat with however many you want and store in the fridge for up to 3 days — but don’t add the dressing until you’re ready to eat!
