1/4 cup dried cranberries shaved or thinly sliced or raisins (optional)
1/4 cup sunflower seeds (optional)
Instructions
Combine dressing ingredients in a small bowl and whisk well, or shake everything in a lidded jar.
Place the Brussels sprouts in a large bowl. Add just enough of the dressing to coat, then toss well. Top with seeds and cranberries (if using) and toss again, then serve.
