  • Bananas
  • Strawberries
  • Vanilla Greek Yogurt (big tub)
  • Ice cube tray
  • Ziplock bags

  1. Slice and dice your fruit.
  2. Place a few pieces of each fruit into individual ziplock bags.
  3. Spoon about 1½ tablespoons of yogurt into an ice cube tray and place in the freezer. We recommend leaving the yogurt in the freezer for at least three hours.
  4. Put it all together! Now, with the fruit already in the ziplock bags, add the frozen yogurt cubes into the snack bags.
  5. SIDE NOTE: with this recipe, you can create different flavor combinations by adding different fruits together!
  6. Place the smoothie packs into a quart-sized freezer bag in order to avoid freezer burn. You’ll be able to fit four smoothie packs in a one-quart sized bag.
