Ingredients

Mixed Berry Spinach Smoothie

  • 1 banana (sliced, fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (slightly thawed)
  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach
  • 1/2 to 1 cup water

Mango Peach Ginger Kale Smoothie

  • 1 banana (sliced, fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 cup frozen chopped kale
  • 1/2 to 1 cup water

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately!

Notes

Any frozen fruits and greens in the freezer section at the grocery store make for great smoothies. Try blueberries, blackberries, strawberries or pineapple. Great flavor additions can be ginger, mint, turmeric, cinnamon, nutmeg or matcha powder. Try blending in oats, avocado, nut butters, milk, cooked pumpkin or sweet potato, chia seeds or flax meal.
