Fresh Cabbage and Tomato Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage, sliced thinly
  • 2 tomatoes cut into cubes
  • 1 cup radishes, sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon rice vinegar (or lemon juice)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
  • 2 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together cabbage, tomatoes and radishes.
  2. In another bowl, mix together other the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Pour over the vegetables; toss and serve.
