Ingredients

  • Blueberries
  • Low fat plain yogurt
  • Cinnamon to taste

Instructions

  1. Place your blueberries with a generous scoop of yogurt in a bowl. Add a dash of cinnamon.
  2. Then place the dipped blueberries on parchment paper and place in the freezerĀ for 1 hour.
  3. Serve frozen!
