Ingredients

  • 1 cup cholesterol-free egg white
  • 1 English muffin, split, toasted
  • 1/2 slice 2% Kraft single (cheese)
  • 1 slice cooked turkey bacon, cut crosswise in half

Instructions

  1. Cook egg product in skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 3 min. or until set, stirring occasionally
  2. Fill muffin halves with egg, 2% milk singles and bacon.
  3. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
