Greek Yogurt Breakfast Bark

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp. maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 cup low-sugar granola
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 4 strawberries, sliced


1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
2. Mix Greek yogurt and syrup or honey in a bowl until combined
3. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into a thin layer. Top with granola, blueberries and strawberries.
4. Cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil and place in the freezer for two hours or overnight, until bark is fully frozen.
5. Slice into squares. Serve immediately or freeze in an airtight container.
