Watermelon, cantaloupe or other fresh melon cut into slices
Instructions
Preheat grill or place grill pan over high heat. Heat grill/grill pan until grates are very hot.
Spritz melon slices with pan spray.
Place melon on pan and cook until melon has grill marks. Flip melon and repeat.
Serve immediately.
GREAT ADDITIONS/SUBSTITUTIONS
You could use frozen honeydew and cantaloupe instead of fresh. Serve plain, with a drizzle of honey, a dollop of yogurt, a sprinkling of fresh mint or a squeeze of lime or lemon juice.
