Ingredients

  • Pan spray
  • Watermelon (cantaloupe or other fresh melon cut into slices)

Instructions

  • Preheat grill or place grill pan over high heat. Heat grill/grill pan until grates are very hot.
  • Spritz melon slices with pan spray.
  • Place melon on pan and cook until melon has grill marks. Flip melon and repeat.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

You could use frozen honeydew and cantaloupe instead of fresh. Serve plain, with a drizzle of honey, a dollop of yogurt, a sprinkling of fresh mint or a squeeze of lime or lemon juice.
