Ingredients

  • 1 (14-oz.) can fat-free sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup egg substitute
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons grated lime rind (about 2 limes)
  • 1 (6-oz.) reduced-fat ready-made graham cracker crust
  • Garnishes: lime wedges, lime curls
  • Optional:
  • 1 (8-oz.) container fat free whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

  1. Process first 4 ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into piecrust.
  3. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden.
  4. Let pie cool completely, and top with whipped topping.
  5. Garnish, if desired.
