  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • Tomato sauce
  • 3 tablespoons low fat mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup low sodium black beans (dried or canned)


  1. Spoon tomato sauce and beans on the tortilla.
  2. Sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Add optional fruit or veggie toppings, if desired!
  4. Place in the oven at 325 degrees until the cheese melts.
