Ingredients

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • Tomato sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. low fat mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup low-sodium black beans (rinsed and drained)

Instructions

  • Spoon tomato sauce and beans on the tortilla.
  • Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Add optional fruit or veggie toppings, if desired!
  • Place in the oven at 325°F until the cheese melts.
