  • Citrus and thyme

  • Fruity, no-calorie tea (like Black Cherry Berry Tea)
  • Orange slices (optional)

Instructions

INFUSED WATER

1. Combine fruit and herbs in a pitcher of water.

2. Store in your refrigerator.

HOT GINGER TEA

1. Grate a 1” knob of ginger for every cup of water you will use.

2. Boil water and grated ginger in a saucepan for 5-10 minutes.
