Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (quick or regular)
  • 1/2 cup low fat milk
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey
  • Optional for toppings: sliced banana, mixed berries, sprinkle sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. Place oats, milk and honey in an airtight container like a covered bowl or mason jar.
  2. Gently shake to combine.
  3. Refrigerate for 6-8 hours or overnight.
  4. Top with your favorite fruits or nuts!
