Sesame Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, washed then halved
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. toasted sesame oil
  • 1-2 tbsp. sesame seeds
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Preheat a sheet pan for about 10 minutes.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and toss well.
  3. Pour coated Brussels sprouts on the preheated sheet pan, spreading them out evenly.
  4. Roast for 15-20 minutes or until sprouts are green and slightly firm
    but beginning to brown.
