1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cut chicken breasts into strips and place in a bowl.
2. Stir together taco seasoning, olive oil and lime juice.
3. Pour mixture over chicken until it is completely covered.
4. Place chicken and frozen peppers in a single layer on baking sheet.
5. Bake for 18-22 minutes and serve!
