Add shredded chicken, black beans and taco seasoning (if using) to a bowl. If the rotisserie chicken isn’t warmed up, add it to a pan on the stove over medium heat, add black beans and heat until warm. Add to bowl.
Warm up the tortillas in the microwave for 15 seconds until pliable. Then, add a spoonful of the chicken/black bean mixture. Top with a tablespoon of cheese and any extra toppings, if using.
