Instructions

Try these different smoothie pack combinations for a healthy on-the-go breakfast item, or for a snack. You can store them in individual Ziploc baggies and freeze for up to three months.

  1. Use frozen fruit
  2. Add about 1/2 cup fruit
  3. 2 tablespoons peanut butter (for the combinations that call for it)
