  • Fruits of your choice
  • Vegetables of your choice


  • Wash all fruits and vegetables
  • Store produce at a level where kids can easily see and reach in the refrigerator
  • Berries –  Mix 1/2 cup vinegar into 2 quarts of cold water. Submerge berries in water for 5 minutes, drain and pat dry with paper towels. Remove stems and store in an airtight container
  • Carrots/ Celery – Cut into sticks or rounds for easy snacking
  • Apples – Slice for easy snacking
  • Broccoli/ Cauliflower – Break into bite-size pieces
  • Pineapple, Mango, Melon – Peel and cut into chunks
  • Bell Peppers – Cut into thin strips
  • Radishes – Rounds or quarters

Consider having healthy dips nearby like hummus or yogurt dip to pair with your fruits and veggies!
