Ingredients

  • 6 Roma or heirloom tomatoes, diced
  • ½ white onion, diced
  • 2/3 cup fresh cilantro, minced
  • 2 jalapeño peppers, deseeded and finely minced
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all your ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Serve with whole grain tortilla chips or heap onto your favorite dishes for a spicy bite of deliciousness! For best results, refrigerate for 30+ minutes before serving to allow flavors to mingle.
