Thanksgiving Low Fat Yogurt Parfaits

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons Greek yogurt, plain, low fat
  • 1/4 cup granola, low fat
  • 1/4 cup strawberries

Instructions

For the turkey cutouts:

  1. Clear plastic cups
  2. Plastic spoons
  3. Brown, orange, yellow, and white construction paper
  4. A black pen or marker
  5. Elmer’s glue stick

How to assemble:

  1. Using the brown construction paper, cut out several small (about two inches wide) circles for the turkey’s head and glue or tape them to the plastic cup.
  2. Cut two yellow and orange triangles (about 3 cm wide) for each of the turkey’s noses. Stack them on top of each other and glue them to the center of the turkey’s face.
  3. Lastly, cut out two small circles for the turkey’s eyes and using a black pen or marker make two small dots in the middle of each and glue them on.
