Ingredients

  • 1 can (5 ounces) chunk light tuna in water, drained, flaked
  • 2 tablespoons reduced fat mayonnaise
  • 14 reduced fat woven wheat crackers
  • 10 carrot sticks

Instructions

  1. Mix tuna and mayo; spoon into 2 airtight containers.
  2. Wrap 7 crackers in plastic wrap; repeat with remaining crackers.
  3. Place in containers next to tuna; cover containers with lids.
  4. Pack 1 container in each of 2 insulated lunch bags.
  5. Add plastic spoon and small resealable plastic bag filled with 5 carrot sticks to each bag.
