In a small bowl combine the onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Set aside.
Line a sheet pan with wax paper, and place the ground turkey in the middle of the pan.
Fold in seasoning mixtures and form meat into thin patties.
Place the burgers in a large sauce pan on medium-high heat. Cook 5 minutes per side.
Wrap the buns in foil and place in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes.
Remove the buns from the oven. Spread a small amount of mayonnaise on each bun and top with the burger and any other healthy condiments, as desired. Serve immediately.
