Watermelon Slush

  • 1 1/2 cups pureed watermelon
  • 1/2 cup chopped ice (2-3 cubes)


  1. Put the watermelon in a blender, until juiced.
  2. Spoon or pour into a shallow, freezer-safe container.
  3. Put ice cubes in a blender, process on low at first, then high.
  4. Add to a shallow dish and mix with the watermelon.
  5. Put the dish into the freezer and set the timer for 20 minutes. Every 20 minutes take the dish out and scrape the ice with a spoon, making sure to break down any ice that has formed.
  6. Serve when it becomes desired slushy consistency!
