Winter Fruit Salad

  • 4 cups fruit of your choice:
  • Pineapple
  • Apples
  • Pears
  • Kiwis
  • Oranges or clementines
  • Pomegranates
  • Zest and juice of half a lime (zest is optional)
  • Zest and juice of half a lemon (zest is optional)
  • 2 tsp. honey


  1. Wash and dry fruit.
  2. Cut pineapple into chunks. Dice pears, apples and kiwis. Peel and
    dice oranges, and remove seeds from the pomegranates.
  3. In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together.
  4. Serve immediately or store for 4-6 hours in the refrigerator.
